RASSCF misbehaves depending on machine

Dear Users,

I have the following input, which, on one of my machines, converges smoothly. On the other machine, it enters a cursed SX loop, see below.
The machines are different in linux (fedora and centos), and in hardware - although both ryzen.
The source is almost identical, the only hack I added was mxAtom = 100000 at one of them.

So - WHY?
Or, we might keep that existential question unanswered and answer another one - how to mitigate this?
I assume there is an SX step size that can be reduced.
