How to cite Molcas@UU
I am presently using Molcas@UU Binaries which is free and open source.
Can any one suggest me how to cite Molcas@UU Binaries in scientific journals.

They are free, but not open source, that's why you have only the binaries.

Molcas@UU is just a build of Molcas 8.0, so use the Molcas 8 paper: https://doi.org/10.1002/jcc.24221
